Jesus said no—so that He could say yes to what was most important.  Only by understanding our priorities from a Scriptural perspective, will we be able to make confident decisions with the overwhelming demand for our time. We can choose many good things and end up missing the best things—the essential priorities.  Jesus determined His priorities by spending time with the God the Father and He let His YES mean YES and His NO mean NO!

Matthew 5:37 (NIV)

37 Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything more than this comes from evil.

So, What… for This Week?

Better time management starts with a better understanding of OWNERSHIP!  In order to make “OWNERSHIP” a reality in your life, you need to be more intentionality in ALL communication.  Different questions need to be asked (AND answered).  Who owns what and what are the next steps?  With this responsibility also comes a better understanding of personal capacity and a commitment to accountability and excellence, so you can live, love and lead like Jesus like never before!
