Everyone has a leadership voice, whether you know it or not. And every voice brings different strengths and perspectives to the table. As Servant-Minded, Liberating Leaders, the 5 Voices helps us understand and bring out the best in each individual in our family and on our professional team. It is essential for building healthy relationships and culture that enable individuals and teams to reach their highest levels of performance. The problem is most people either don’t know their leadership voice or are insecure in the value they bring. Others simply don’t know how to use his or her voice effectively. It is important to learn which voices are more natural to us and which are more difficult to use and relate to. These leadership voices line up with your spiritual gifts as God has created your own special DNA.
Ephesians 4:11-13 (NIV)
11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
